Mr. Rossi is Chairman and majority owner of Aireko Companies and Chairman of Aireko Foundation. In Aireko Josen has led fast-track CM/GC and Design-Build Construction of innovative institutional and industrial work that contributed to the modernization of Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Florida and the MID Atlantic U.S. for their sustainable industrial and economic development. As Aireko Companies Managing Partner Josen oversees international growth, the allocation of capital to new markets and products, and the growth of third generation partners and managers. Mr. Rossi has led various Puerto Rico business and non-profit boards, leading the creation of some, such as the Puerto Rico Institute for Competitive and Sustainable Economy (PR-ICSE). As Aireko Foundation President Josen directs its yearly philanthropic investments in Puerto Rico and U.S. education for the needy, including the arts and sciences of entrepreneurship and sustainable development. As Chairman of the PR-ICSE he oversees growth in funding, education and alliance building with Puerto Rico businesses and U.S. NGO leaders for the capacity building of democratic institutions fundamental to sustainable socio-economic reform and development, such as key public infrastructure governance and regulation.

Hector Rivera

Mr. Rivera was appointed President of the Energy Group after an extensive career with Aireko Construction Corp. where he successfully completed electrical construction projects for many industry sectors that include Pharmaceutical, Industrial, Commercial, High Technology, Hospitality, and Healthcare. He supervises all energy related projects in Puerto Rico, the Caribbean and the East Coast of the United States.

Tito Toro, P.E.

Eng. Toro directs all industrial and energy related business. He began his career with Aireko as a project engineer supervising industrial, commercial, and residential projects. In 1998, he was promoted to direct the electrical construction and instrumentation of the Liquid Natural Gas terminal and storage facilities for the Ecoeléctrica 500 MW Power plant. Waldemar oversee’s Aireko’s Industrial Construction as well as the Energy Group.

Wally Toro

Wally has a 20+ year proven track record of building businesses and projects, expanding products and services, and creating high-performance teams and cultures in mechanical/electrical construction and services. Wally currently serves as CEO of Aireko Construction Group of Companies, a 600 person privately held firm servicing the eastern US, Puerto Rico, and the Caribbean with revenues of over $200 M in 2019.

Wally’s vision for Aireko is to build on the Company’s solid foundation and lead the next level of growth for the next 20 years.

Brian J Morris

Brian Morris has over 35 years of experience in the general contracting and construction and program management industry, from projects to programs to senior-level management positions with leading construction firms such as Turner and Skanska and with program and construction management firms such as URS (now AECOM) and Parsons Brinckerhoff (now WSP). He has been involved in a variety of large and complex building project and programs overseeing lump-sum, design-build, construction management and program management work ranging in value from $1 million to $2 Billion. Duties have included serving as a general manager, responsible for business planning and implementation, and program development and implementation. As project director, he was responsible for client liaison and project performance, from pre-construction though project close-out phases. He started with Turner Construction Company immediately after graduating college.

Fernando Francia

Mr. Crisp serves as the Operations Manager for the AEG US operations for both the Electrical and Solar divisions, as well as Estimating and Pre-Construction. Brian started his electrical field training in the US Navy, where he was trained in their Nuclear Field Electricians school. He served in the Navy for 6 years prior to receiving his honorable discharge and being accepted into the JATC apprenticeship program, where he completed a 5-year apprenticeship as the top Electrician in the class. Brian has held positions in the electrical field ranging from Apprentice to Superintendent, and then from APM to Operations Manager. This experience has given him the ability to help guide the Operations team through all aspects of project development, from design to successful project completion. He has responsibility to implement plans and policies to achieve overall corporate objectives and maximize operating results. Responsibilities to include Safety, Business Planning, Timely Project Performance, Meeting Quality/Specification Requirements, and Employee Development.

Robert Steele

Mr. Steele, Chief Estimator of AEG brings over 38 years of construction experience in cost estimating, design and construction management with a focus in Electrical and related systems. Mr. Steele joined AEG after 35+ years with several top central Florida Contractors where he held roles in both operations and estimating. In the capacity of Chief Estimator, he was responsible for the management of all aspects of the estimating department and led the team in procurement of new work. He was responsible for a staff of seven estimators responsible for estimating electrical for projects electrical scopes in values up to $20 Million with a strong focus on value engineering, constructability, budget management.

Marilyn Rodriguez

Ms. Marilyn Rodriguez has more than 20 years of experience in the construction and pharmaceutical industries. She has worked as an EHS specialist and manager for both local and global companies. Due to her outstanding performance as leader of health, safety, and environment of the Puerto Rico region for the company in which she worked, she was assigned as leader of the southern region and part of the eastern United States which included, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and the Caribbean. She also served as mentors to EHS leaders from Latin America. For the past year and a half, she has served as EHS manager for Aireko Energy Group. Marilyn is responsible for providing support to the project management team, supervisors, and workers to create and enforce a culture of safety within their organizations and implementation of policies and procedures and also is responsible for monitoring or overseeing construction sites and making sure that management team, supervisors and workers adhere to government regulations/standards and company policies and procedures, detects trends related to health and safety, immediately acts and on them and communicate them to company top management. As part of his responsibilities, she was able to successfully develop and implement the Protocol for the prevention of Covid-19 infections in work areas. She also achieved the migration of EHS tools to Procore.

Ms. Alicea manages the human resources operations for all Aireko companies located in Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and US for an overall of more than 900 employees. She started with the company on 2018 managing the human resources department for the companies located in the United States and after one year she was trusted to lead all strategic HR operations. Ms. Alicea serves as business partner for the company’s Executive Committee and provides assessment on employment operational matters. On a daily basis, Alicea administers and oversees strategic programs including, but not limited to, market survey and compensation analysis, disciplinary matters; labor compliance & disputes; performance and talent management; employee engagement programs; occupational health and safety; and organizational development, among others. Ms. Alicea has integrated key performance indicators and achieved the integration of new technology systems (HRIS) and best practices to improve the HR department and provide a service of excellence to all business partners. Ms. Alicea prior experience includes practicing law in several legal firms representing employers on commercial and labor & employment matters. She also served as Vice President in Board of Directors for the non-profit, YMCA, San Juan Chapter. Ms. Alicea is certified in Targeted Selection by DDI and Adult Mental Health First Aid by the National Council for Behavioral Health.

CPA Marisol Díaz Cruz

Ms. Díaz is Certified Public Account and as a Comptroller she manages the accounting and finance operations of Aireko Companies. She works alongside with the executive management team, provides informative business financial information and coordinates business financial planning and forecast functions. As a Comptroller she ensures compliance with local, state, and federal requirements and tax filings and financial audits. Ms. Diaz has over 20 years of experience working as a financial professional and her major commitment to Aireko Companies is to provide confidence, precision and on time information for decision making.
